To achieve the agreed learning outcomes, the participant will complete the following activities and tasks during their mobility activity.
Activity / task 1: Universal learning design
Description:
To introduce the principles of Universal Design for Learning (UDL) and their application in the classroom. Case analysis and design of inclusive activities to explore strategies that address diversity. Reflect on learning barriers, use of accessible methodologies, and commitments to implementing UDL in teaching practice.
Activity / task 2: Understanding and Supporting Students with ADHD
Description:
To understand the characteristics of ADHD and its impact on learning in order to implement effective strategies in the classroom. Case analysis, discussion of practical strategies, and design of adaptations to improve attention and academic performance. Reflection on best practices, support tools, and commitments to foster an inclusive environment for students with ADHD.
