Learning outcomes

The parties have agreed that the following learning outcomes should be achieved during the learning mobility:

Outcome 1: Participants will learn how to apply the principles of Universal Design for Learning (UDL) to create inclusive and accessible educational environments for all students.
Relevant subject, skill or competence:Universal Design for Learning: Strategies for Inclusive Teaching
Description:Explore the principles of Universal Design for Learning (UDL).Design strategies to provide multiple forms of representation, expression, and participation.Ensure equitable learning opportunities for all students.Encourage active participation of all students in the classroom.
Outcome 2: Participants will learn to recognize the characteristics of ADHD and implement effective educational strategies to support these students’ learning.
Relevant subject, skill or competence:Educational Strategies for Students with ADHD
Description:Learn about the impact of ADHD on learning.Explore practical strategies to improve attention, behavior, and academic performance.Focus on supporting students with ADHD in the classroom.Develop effective approaches to address the challenges faced by students with ADHD.
Outcome 3: Participants will learn how to apply inclusive strategies to address diversity in the classroom, promoting equitable education for all students.
Relevant subject, skill or competence:Measures to Address Diversity in the Classroom
Description:Explore strategies and practices for addressing diversity in the classroom.Analyze various educational needs.Learn how to adapt teaching methods to create an inclusive environment.Focus on making the classroom more accessible for all students.
Outcome 4: Participants will understand the importance of well-being in the educational process and how to implement inclusive practices that foster a positive and equitable school environment.
Relevant subject, skill or competence:Well-being and Inclusion in schools
Description:Focus on the relationship between well-being and inclusion in educational centers.Provide strategies to foster a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.Promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all students.

Learning programme and tasks

To achieve the agreed learning outcomes, the participant will complete the following activities and tasks during their mobility activity.

Activity / task 1:  Universal learning design 
Description:To introduce the principles of Universal Design for Learning (UDL) and their application in the classroom. Case analysis and design of inclusive activities to explore strategies that address diversity. Reflect on learning barriers, use of accessible methodologies, and commitments to implementing UDL in teaching practice.
Activity / task 2: Understanding and Supporting Students with ADHD
Description:To understand the characteristics of ADHD and its impact on learning in order to implement effective strategies in the classroom. Case analysis, discussion of practical strategies, and design of adaptations to improve attention and academic performance. Reflection on best practices, support tools, and commitments to foster an inclusive environment for students with ADHD.
Activity / task 3: Strategies for Addressing Diversity in the Classroom
Description:Identify and implement strategies to address diversity in the classroom, promoting inclusive education. Case studies, discussion of best practices, and design of methodological adaptations to address different educational needs. Reflection on the importance of inclusion, support tools, and commitments to improve attention to diversity in the classroom.
Activity / task 4:  Well-Being and Inclusion in Educational Settings: Strategies for a Supportive School Environment
Description:Explore strategies to foster well-being and inclusion in schools, promoting a safe and equitable environment. Analyze experiences, discuss barriers and best practices, and design initiatives to improve the school climate. Reflect on the impact of well-being on learning, support tools, and commitments to strengthen inclusion in the educational community.
