Participants:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>developed stress management strategies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>increased their self-confidence and vitality to be strongly committed to class teaching<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>strengthened their relationship with students<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>understood their own emotions and body better<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>enhanced clarity and focus<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>experienced more enjoyment in everyday life<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>communicated more effectively with students<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>were helped to build
