Stress management and Burnout

The course was based on an energy approach which delivered tangible effects into and out of the class. Participants:

  • developed stress management strategies
  • increased their self-confidence and vitality to be strongly committed to class teaching
  • strengthened their relationship with students
  • understood their own emotions and body better
  • enhanced clarity and focus
  • experienced more enjoyment in everyday life
  • communicated more effectively with students
  • were helped to build community
